- Genetics – A required sophomore-level course for all Biology and Biochemistry majors
- Biochemistry – Multiple courses (including guest appearances) that support the Biochemistry major and also count as Biology electives
- Biotechnology – a course designed for non-science majors to satisfy the Natural Science General Education requirement.
