Good news! Elizabeth Sacchi will start the doctorate program in cognitive neuroscience at Binghamton University in the fall. Emily Heimbender will enter our MA psychology program in the fall. Congratulations to both! We look forward to your future endeavors.

MA in Psychology: application deadline is February 15, 2013.

The deadline for submitting an application for fall 2013 is February 15. If you are interested in psychological research, I hope you will consider applying to our program. It provides students with the opportunity to select courses in a variety of fields including social, cognitive, developmental, organizational, and experimental psychology. Course work is complemented by numerous opportunities to engage in research under the supervision of a faculty member. The book Neurofeminism: Issues at the Intersection of Feminist Theory and Cognitive Science (edited by Robyn Bluhm, Anne Jaap Jacobson and Heidi Lene Maibom) is finally out. Cordelia Fine (author of Delusions of Gender) and I have a chapter critiquing Baron-Cohen’s theory of sex differences.
