The mechanistic and evolutionary aspects of animal behavior. A survey of systems that illustrate the control, development, function and ecology of behavior in a variety of animals, including humans. In addition to the Environmental/Organismal Biology major track requirements, this course also satisfies requirements of the interdisciplinary Evolutionary Studies Minor.
